Title

Neutralization testing of monoclonal antibodies cloned from patients with high titers of broadly neutralizing antibodies [Original Study Title:  Scheid_mAb1]

Description

Broad serum neutralizing activity against HIV is rare and so far no vaccine has been able to elicit such a response. However, some HIV patients develop a broadly neutralizing serum activity against several HIV strains. The researchers have identified several patients with high titers of broadly neutralizing antibodies against HIV, isolated their Gp140 specific B cells and wish to study the neutralizing activity of the monoclonal antibodies derived from these B cells.
